The radiology dept opens at 7am so I made sure I had an alarm to call them at that time so I can move on with the rest on my day. I was basically just trying to reschedule my grandma's apt from 7:30am to something a little later. 2 hours and 40 mins have passed and I'm still on hold. Wth bro? Buy more phones or something lol
