When things work, Lazada is good.

When things work, Lazada is good.
But I recently experienced a non-delivery due to damaged goods at their warehouse.

They took more than two months just to investigate , and even when all records indicated it s their fault, they still did not refund the >S$600 they charged me more than two months ago.

Worst ever customer service. I will go with only Shopee and Amazon from now on.
