The staff were very rude and unprofessional. The parking attendants were worse. This was my first time visiting Atlanta and this hotel really mad a horrible first impression. Jennifer Lombard Knight, Director of Front Desk operations was extremely rude and unprofessional. I spoke with several staff "in charge" and they were very rude, unaccommodating and to be completely frank didn't care about my concerns or how I was treated. I don't recommend ANYONE stay in this establishment. It's very unfortunate this was my first experience in Atlanta and has definitely made a huge impression. There are several hotels in close proximity and I would recommend ANY of the others.
