I'm pretty satisfied with my purchase and car experience for the most part. Amir was my salesman and got me into a new vehicle on short notice. During the sale process we agreed to a few things, one being having my car windows tinted post purchase. I was told that I would receive a survey in my email and once it was completed I would be able to get my windows tinted. I received the follow up survey in my email a few weeks later and completed it. When I called back in to ask about getting my windows tinted I was told that the survey was supposed to be completed with a manager in person at the dealership. The email that I received with the survey in it never indicated in the message that it was supposed to be completed in person. It was not specified in the email at all. I had already completed the survey (& gave high ratings). When I asked the woman in charge of the incentives if there was anyway I could still receive what me and my salesman agreed upon she simply responded "Nope". Which I think is unfair and extremely unprofessional. I'm extremely unhappy and unsatisfied with this outcome. Here it is that I've purchase a $18,000 vehicle and now that they've gotten their sale they seem to no longer care about my request. That is not okay.
