I lived at Seventh Apartments for about 4 months, and I did not have the best experience. I'm not sure what it is. But these apartments look like an institution, not so much a community. This property isn't that clean either, it had a bad roach problem. Also make sure that experienced, quality maintainance staff are being hired to upkeep the property. Shame on you guys for doing stuff so cheaply. The bathroom shower walls aren't even real tile! Thanks a lot, not worth my time or money. I've attatched some photos of what my unit looked like. Not too mention the mold on the bathroom walls.
