First, they agreed to a deal with me, and then went back on the deal and said that they needed more money. I agreed, reluctantly, but on top of that they kept saying that there are all of these other fees and more fees if you have more than a $5k down payment. Then, it took two and a half weeks for them to get everything together before I could even have the car picked up. They removed the pictures of the car from their website so we asked three different times over the span of a week for them to send pictures to us before it gets picked up and they never did. THE WORST EXPERIENCE!
