I would not recommend this company. I had booked a cleaning service through 'south Melbourne carpet cleaning'. I then got text confirmation messages for booking from Fantastic services. The contractor called more than 1.5 hours after scheduled start time and asked about parking (previously advised when making the booking that there was only street parking for the apartment building). He was rude on the phone and said he would call back. Someone else called back from a call centre 15 mins later to say the job had been cancelled and we needed to reboot. Obviously not impressed, i explained I would not be interested.
I am now receiving nearly daily texts and calls to e-book. Also messages from other cleaning services.

Not at all impressed with privacy sharing.
