My experience (2 courses in Mandarin) was that of lack of administrative professionalism. LTC wanted to change our class times, double booked the lecturer, forgot to let us know about changes of class dates and was very quick to want money, but slow to issue certificates - on both occasions we had to ask repeatedly. I am sure there must be better institutions or private teachers in Cape Town.
