Hosted the military ball. Stayed and they pinged us for parking, Internet, and air. They did provide a 4 ounce water for free. Room was nice but as Sheraton members being nickel and domed for extras kind of ticks me off. Helps to hone down the choice in the future though. One and done
The night clerk was not the most pleasant person either. We reserved a room in August for November and requested a fridge. She seemed put out that we asked upon arrival. With the number of choices in Des Moines this one will NOT be in my future. We also got a room with a city view. Check out the picture....the roof was awesome.
