Excellent service

The guys were excellent today, very punctual and professional.
They had the energy of teenagers and were running back and forth with our things. No dilly daddling so you spent more money.
They took care of our items and placed them exactly where I requested.

These guys made moving house during stage 4 lockdown in Melbourne feel easy! Started with great advice from Tom Childs when we rang to book. He advised us on times and how many men, truck size etc. Then the team of men that showed up on removal-day, were awesome! Led by Justin, they were Fast, efficient & professional.
We had 2 pickup locations and some tricky things to manage but the men stayed happy and energetic - (might have been the strong coffee I was making them! )

Very happy with my recent move. The fellas were punctual, polite, and friendly, and worked really quickly to get the job done. They were a touch more expensive than some of the other quotes I got, but I'm more than happy to pay it for the speed and thoroughness of their work.

I used Peter Sadler Removals to move the contents of our 3 bedroom house from the storage facility back to our renovated house. The move was started and finished on time and my belongings were treated with care. The staff were professional, friendly and helpful. First impression - everything perfect! Arrived on time, duration of the move was about the time I had envisaged. Excellent communication the whole way through. My goods went into storage for about 6 weeks. After they had left (second move from storage to my new home) and I was checking some of my furniture, I noticed some severe scratches on my dining room chairs - very disappointed. Although they are quite old, about 50 years, they were in perfect condition prior to the move(s). There were only a couple of broken items of crockery, and that was probably due more to my inadequate packing than poor handling. Everything else appears to be fine. I would definitely use Peter Sadler Removals again ...

Professional and easy to deal with. Tom handled our booking and was very helpful and friendly. On the day we had two great movers, one in particular, Borko, was amazing, truly a dedicated professional. We've used so many movers in the past and these guys are certainly the very best.

I could not recommend Peter Sadler highly enough. The guys were on time, efficient, professional and made me feel very calm, despite moving house solo during stage four lockdown. Nothing was a problem, they even helped the guys delivering my new fridge navigate the corner steps. They took the time when unloading to make sure I was happy with where everything was before they left, and were happy to move things around for me. Having said that, they were quick to get everything in, and the whole move was done far quicker than I expected. Would use them again in a heartbeat.

Moving house is said to be one of the most stressful stages in life, and i can confirm that its true. I have moved so many times, abroad and now here in Australia. So i was prepared for another stress, painstaking move on my own.

I contacted Peter Sadler Removal and spoke with Jack, who gave me all the advice and assistance necessary to put my mind at rest. Peter Sadler accommodated my last minute request into bringing moving date forward, and did everything possible to ensure that i got the service when it suited me.

The removal guys that were assigned to my move, were very polite and considerate, and treated my possessions with the greatest care, and attention. Never complaining about the heavy goods or awkward manuouvers. The guys worked in sync with each other with the least words possible, and they made this move like no other. Each piece of furniture and box was treated with great care and attention.

thanks to these guys, I literally walked out and walked in the my new home and didn't have to lift a finger. Dismantled furniture was re-assembled and everything put in place.

Sadler s removals are beyond excellent - having had 28 removals in my life, I have had a reasonable amount of removal experiences.
Sadler s removals came to my rescue after another (shoddy) removalist only half completed the job of moving 100 cubic metres of my furniture into storage. The previous shoddy removalist left me completely in the lurch with my kitchen unpacked and double garage full of furniture with the deadline ticking for a bond inspection.
The wonderfully professional guys at Sadler got me out of my bind & had me fully moved out within barely 24 hours. Super efficient, quick-smart expert service with empathy, care and concern to achieve seriously the best move I have ever experienced. They also fixed the mess the other removalist had made of the storage space to garner additional space to make all my things fit and still have space left over!

We had a mix up and couldn't meet at the new house for nearly an hour. I thought it would be a wasted hour but the team went through the yard, opened the garage and had the truck half unloaded by the time we got there to open the house. Job was done in half the estimated time with no issues. Couldn't be happier.

Boombi and Jon were fantastic - arrived up beat at 7:30 am, nothing was a problem, efficient, professional, knowledgeable about our delicate antique pieces and how to manage them, and their team made lifting bulky, heavy items up flights of stairs look fun!
