I would not recommend going to this Honda I had a very terrible experience along with my family they ran my credit with so many banks even though I have stopped them not to run put so many hard inquiries on my credit they called me many times to come and have a look at the vehicle I was interested in went couple times but in the end the result was nothing coz they didn t want to negotiate on the price. It happened for couple days back and forth. One morning I received a call from a sales man they said we agreed on the price u offered us come and let s get done with the paper work I made my way was told to wait took more than an hour again another sales man named RAFI came and started working on the price again although they agreed to let it to go on the price sales man going back and forth but he didn't give me any answer,I was called more than 6 times by the management to come and take the car but when I reach there they refuse again and again terrible customer service terrible people stay away from them they don t care about customer service/satisfaction they care about their money and sales they will charge you way extra then you are offered by the banks.
