Very clean hotel, lots of employees to help you, called for more towels and they had them delivered to room in 10 minutes, we were on 15th floor & had great views of the city, bed was great & lots of pillows, easy to use TV, room was quiet (even during a thunderstorm that came thru the Houston area), check in & check out was extremely easy, this hotel has thought of everything to make my stay there pleasant !!!!
