What a truly wonderful remodel experience. My bathroom was a complete gut of an 80's bathroom. I had a vision and working with Joe, he made that vision come true. The crew, well what can I say, they were not subcontractors, they actually worked for the company - a big plus there! The crew showed up on time as per their schedule, sometime even early, breaks were minimal, they were polite & clean with their bright orange t-shirts. They did an amazing job with great work ethics. Everything was protected - and upon leaving they would vacuum and or wipe the floors so the dust and dirt would not be all over the house. Mike 'the Project Manager was fabulous, making sure everything was done according to plan. Yes, I would highly recommend them- go give them a call now if you want the bath or kitchen of your dreams!

Our experience with BK Gallery was very good. Bk did a total remodel of our large master bathroom, which included design, demolition and construction. Angela, the designer, was professional with many good ideas. The demolition crew of Kenny, Bob, George and Phillip were very efficient and cleaned up at the end of each day. Kenny was the lead carpenter and coordinator for our remodel. He was here promptly every day, had excellent carpentry skills and was always checking with us on the details and making sure we were happy with the daily results. Anthony, the plumber and Ron the electrician, were both skilled professionals. They both explained what they were doing and how their work complied with county codes. Mike, did our concrete work and helped in many areas, he did a fine job. Mario the tile expert was a skilled craftsman. He worked quickly and efficiently and had great artistic ideas. We love our tile work. Doris was our contact person at the office, and was very helpful in the scheduling of the crew and keeping us informed. Joe, owner of BK, was helpful in the original design and visited our home several times to insure quality. We love our new master bathroom! Mike and Tina Jones
Curt was going to give a quote on a bathroom remodel. I also ordered a vanity for another bathroom in the house, and I was going to install the vanity. The bathroom vanity came in, and it was the wrong model. I wanted a model with drawers on the one side, but he ordered two doors model. It took about five weeks to come in, and I did not want to wait even longer for the other model, so I told Curt I would keep this model. He told me there was a 92 dollar difference. There was also a bit of damage to the door. I was told he would get a replacement for the door and I would get a check for the difference. About three months later I finally had to go into the office after multiple promises by Curt to delivery both door and check and every time he did not show up. When I went into the office, I received a 50 dollar check, and no one could explain the discrepancy. I asked if I could speak to a manager and that was last, and I have not received a call from Curt or a manger. I would not recommend ordering anything from this company based on the troubles I have had.
While all this was going on with the cabinet, I received the bathroom quote, 10K over all other quotes. I am not even sure why he came out. I was looking for something with dual rain heads and modern. The quote was for a single shower with shower bar. Nothing I discussed with Curt was in the quote, it was a total waste of time.
Bath & Kitchen Gallery did a great job on our master bathroom. Joe and Doris were a pleasure to work with, and met our very high and demanding expectations. Kenny was on site for most of the project and we cannot say enough about how amazing he was! Jasper was also great, as well as the 2 gentlemen who did the tile. We had a slight issue with the paint job on the closet doors, but they came back and fixed it (twice), until we were satisfied. We would highly recommend them and would use them again!
Thanks to Bath & Kitchen Gallery I have a beautiful kitchen. I was hard to please, yet Joe and Sandy helped me with ideas that truly worked for my needs. The crew was awesome and the finished product is so beautiful. Thank you Bob, Kenny, Big Ronnie, Jasper and all those who helped me get the kitchen of my dreams. Doris kept me informed on what to expect. Thank you all!
Awesome customer service and attention to details!! Fantastic ideas and patience in helping me redo my kitchen and turning it into the kitchen of dreams. Thanks Bath and Kitchen Gallery.
Just completed two bathroom and one lanai kitchen project with Bath & Kitchen Gallery. All three were completed in 7 weeks. Bob was our onsite manager and did a stupendous job of keeping my home protected, the various workmen scheduled and listening to my input and delivering exactly what I envisioned. Mario, tile, Ron, electrician, Ed, plumber and Jasper, wallboard, were definitely the A-Team as far as I m concerned. Someone asked me if I d done the follow-up walk-thru. I did not need to as each project was completed with no outstanding issues. I can t say it was a joy having workmen in my home for seven weeks, but they were there every day ready to work.
My wife and I hired Bath & Kitchen Gallery to remodel two bathrooms. The entire experience, from design to finish, was outstanding. The crew were very professional, punctual and highly skilled. Particularly noteworthy were Bob; the lead carpenter, Ron, Mario, and Doris. We highly recommend the Bath & Kitchen Gallery and our bathrooms look awesome!
I Highly Reccommend Bath & Kitchen Gallery. I am so thrilled with the results !!!!!! They listened to my concerns and went above and beyond my expectations !!! Quality materials were used and they even used special materials in regard to my concerns about Natural and "Green" products! I couldn't have asked for a better remodel experience ! Quality Workmanship, On time , results were better than expected and they made sure everything was clean before leaving !!!!
Bath and Kitchen Gallery did work in the kitchen, major remodeling in the master bathroom, work in two other bathrooms, and work in 13 other rooms in the house. Within months, several rooms had failures. Within two years, the failures expanded to over five rooms in the house. Within three years, failures and defects in workmanship have been found in every room of the house.
We discovered that they failed to obtain building permits (at least three permits were required for the scope of the work) so their work was never reviewed by the Temple Terrace Building Inspector. We believe that, had the work been inspected, most of the major construction defects would have been caught. We have spent more than $42,000 more in repairs and remodeling because of Bath and Kitchen Gallery's poor workmanship, and that's only the beginning of the money we will have to pay out to fix all the problems.
It appears that Bath and Kitchen Gallery cut many corners and didn't properly supervise the job. It makes me wonder that if they were willing to cut so many corners on a project that cost over $260,000, and violate building code, what will they do to your house? It took months and months of nagging to even get the owner of Bath and Kitchen Gallery to come to the house to see the failures. We are most likely headed to court and have spent thousands of dollars to date in attorney's fees, construction expert witnesses, and consulting fees. I would strongly recommend you do not use Bath and Kitchen Gallery! I also recommend you check online as they operate another company under the same contractor license number.
MARCH '14 UPDATE: We also posted this review on Angie's List and the owner is trying to get the review removed. Mind you - he didn't dispute any of the facts, just wants them to remove the listing.
We have ordered several kitchens and worked with these people. They are the best, right down to the office girls. Everything goes smoothly. Curt is awesome. They listen to your needs and accommodate you. Joe is knowledgeable and very patient and understanding. I highly recommend BK of Tampa!
I would recommend Bath & Kitchen Gallery to anyone looking to remodel their kitchen or bathroom. Joe was great about walking us through the design process for renovating our kitchen and we loved visiting the showroom. The remodel process was easy and smooth. We absolutely love our new kitchen and now enjoy entertaining friends and family.
I scheduled an appointment for Bath & Kitchen Gallery to visit my home for a kitchen remodel. The appointment was set for a Tuesday at 5 PM. We called the same day to confirm the appointment - no answer. 20 minutes after our scheduled appointment - I reached out again, no answer. I called the next day as a follow up - again no answer. I left several messages however no one returned my call. Super disappointing. Although very cliche: I guess they do not want my business. I'm happy to take my money elsewhere.
We are sorry that we hired this company. We hired BKG to remodel our kitchen and three baths in our Bayshore condo. They took six weeks longer than agreed to complete the project extending construction through Thanksgiving and Christmas holidays. Two of their workers said that they had taken on too many projects. They put up a crown molding on the cabinets that did not conform to the design we had discussed. We never previewed the crown molding despite Joe's claim that we had "signed off" on it. They replaced the crown molding but still did not meet our specifications. The "lead carpenter" said they couldn't do it. They did not finish the touch up painting to complete the project. Their quartz fabricator botched the cuts for the flush mount cooktop. They came back to fix it but we were left to complete the final cooktop installation. Joe has still not responded to our last inquiry. They have not asked for final payment but we would rather make the payment and have it done right.
Our team has been great - Joe, Sandi and Doris in the office have been creative, responsive and patient with us during the entire process. Our lead carpenter, Robert, has been terrific - on time, dedicated, friendly, and creating our dream master bathroom for us. With only 2 weeks to completion, we can't wait to see our new bathroom!
Just love our bathroom remodel. Second time we used Bath and Kitchen Gallery and couldn t be happier. From their lead Kenny to Mario, Tony, Ron, Phil and Mike, they were all outstanding. All of the contractors arrived on time each day and cleaned up at the end of the day. Our experience was further enhanced by Joe, Doris and Angela who made the process seamless. Will definitely use them again for our next project. Just completed master bath remodel and couldn't be happier. The entire company goes above and beyond. Very conscientious contractors and always willing to please. Love how they arrive on time and communication with office manager makes the job seamless. Such an easy company to work with.
We are so pleased with our entire remodel experience with Bath & Kitchen Gallery. They walked us through every step of the design process and helped us figure out the perfect style for us. I absolutely love our new kitchen and cannot wait to host friends and family. Our home feels like a retreat after Bath & Kitchen Gallery made my dream kitchen a reality.
I would not recommend this company unless you are planning on spending a LOT on your remodel, and, are willing to do it THEIR way. My wife and I were having to remodel our kitchen after a water leak. We were under a budget. When we met with the designer, she only spoke to my wife the entire time, ignoring me. When I interjected that my wife is designing it but I m minding the budget, she rolled her eyes and continued to only talk to my wife. She showed us ONE line of cabinets, which were very nice, but a little pricy for us. When I asked what else she had to offer, she took us into a side show room and showed us cheap Chinese RTA s as our only other choice. When my wife said she did not want an under counter garbage can, the designer said she would not do a kitchen without one. She continually told us who long she has been doing this, that she had a degree in interior design and that she knows what everyone wants to see in a kitchen. At this point, my wife was turning to walk out, but, I encouraged her to stay and keep talking. Finally, the designer said she and the owner would come out to get the measurements. We made the appointment. They send their estimator, instead of coming themselves. He was 4 hours late, but, we let him get his measurements and discuss our thoughts. When I mentioned that we might have to be willing to make some adjustments to get what we wanted within our budget, he gave a disapproving grunt and finished up quickly. THEY NEVER CONTACTED US WITH THEIR ESTIMATE OR TO DISCUSS THE PROJECT ANY FURTHER. THEY JUST BLEW US OFF! Guess we are not RICH enough for them.
4/8/16: The work was done by Lightening Restoration and is beautiful. Terrazzo floors, simi-custom solid wood cabinets, level 3 granite countertops, new ceiling with recessed lighting and pendant lights over the counter, new bathroom shower. We are glad we did NOT go with B&K.
We recently had our early 90's kitchen completely remodeled. We selected B&K because of the type of cabinets they offered - frameless European - and the quality of cabinets and interiors. We worked with a B&K designer to develop a plan that incorporated our many requests; this is our 3rd kitchen project in as many houses so we knew what we wanted. After a few iterations we had a plan and the designer came up with excellent suggestion for the tile, cutting board, and countertop.
When work commenced, the cabinet installer (the Best Ever - everyone should want him to work on your cabinets), worked with us on a few design changes and pointed out areas for improvement. It was a pleasure working with him for he made it look so effortless. The other trades, electrician, plumber, tile setter, countertop, did superb work installing their additions and working with the cabinet installer.
We are very pleased with the final result from B&K - it looks great and so many people are impressed by the design and execution. They are a professional organization and I would not hesitate to recommend them wholeheartedly.
This is the second time we have used them. Both of our bathrooms are beautiful. They are very professional. Everyone we dealt with was very knowledgeable and helpful, right from the actual installers (Ed, George, Mike) all the way to the office staff (Doris). Thank you very much.
I do not at all recommend Bath and Kitchen Gallery. As an expectant father I was let off after being lured to the company by the service manager. I was hired for service plumbing and instead was thrown on demolition jobs and laid off due to l"service plumbing production." Meanwhile, I have several customers from the past that still try to call me and thank me for my work from at other companies. In reality, I was laid off for discussing pay. With is a protected activity by the NLRB under the National Labor Relations Act. I also witnessed multiple accounts of customer mockery and in appropriate behavior. One such instance involves a customer who the call B- Hole due to his name being spelled similar enough to joke while differing enough to not be honestly mistaken. I've also witnessed every drain call a recommendation for jetting when not needed so as to get "that extra buck" out of customers pockets. I came into work everyday with a positive attitude but will probably be described in a different manner due to my negative review. I would take the extra time to look at other companies before being involved with this one.
We contracted to have our master bath and kitchen totally gutted and remodeled. We were impressed from the sales stage through design and construction. Joe listened to our vision and ideas and gave us a fair quote based on the work we requested. Both Joe and Angela assisted us in the design aspect, but in a way to support our ideas and goals not sell their product or change our vision. Construction actually started a week earlier than originally planned and finished up a few days earlier than anticipated. All of the demo and construction crew did a great job and did their best to keep our home as clean as possible under the circumstances. Special shout-out to Bobby, Tony, Ronnie, Mike and Phil. We are extremely happy with our new bath and kitchen that came in on time and on budget.
I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND using Bath & Kitchen Gallery ! They listened to our concerns as we needed to remodel to accomodate a very unique situtaion (our daughter has special medical needs) and I am so happy with the results. From the moment they began the process with us, they were kind respectful and listened to our needs and specifications . They designed the perfect space to meet the needs of our family . The craftsmanship and quality are outstanding and they were able to maintain the look and appeal of a truly beautiful space for company and friends.
Our project with Bath & Kitchen of Tampa, was a pleasure from start to finish. From the detailed plan and pricing handled by the owner, Joe; to the pre-project consultation with Sandy; to the scheduling and timely updates from Doris; to the day to day supervision from Yurii. The tilework, the plumbing work, the counter tops and fixtures, and the beautiful glass shower enclosure, all were done by top of the line craftsmen. AND, the job was delivered on time and at the price as quoted. Thanks Joe, and the entire first class staff at Bath & Kitchen of Tampa!
I would recommend Bath & Kitchen Gallery to anyone looking to remodel. Joe came out to our home to give us a complimentary estimate and we were pleased with his pricing. We enjoyed visiting the showroom They walked us through every step of the design process and helped us figure out the perfect style. I absolutely love our new kitchen and cannot wait to host friends and family. Bath & Kitchen Gallery made my dream kitchen a reality.
We were extremely please with the kitchen remodel done by Bath & Kitchen Gallery. They began and finished on time and the workmanship was great. Special kudos go to George the lead carpenter. He was on top everything. Everyday he made sure everything was ready. Everyone on the job was friendly, courteous and neat. Everyday they cleaned up and made sure everything was in order. Tony the plumber, Ron the electrician, Kenny the carpenter, Jasper the painter, Mario the tile man and Mike who did the demo were outstanding. In the office Doris always kept us informed and up to date on the job. Angela was very helpful and patient in helping us pick out colors, tile and hardware. Joe runs a great business.
We were extremely happy with the remodel of our kitchen. The kitchen turned out beautiful and the company was great to work with! We would definitely use them for another job.
