I tried to pay a bill owned to IHC. the agent was in her own world and kept asking for the account number, a total of 5 times, I finally said I be late for work and will call back. They at IHC should at the least hire worker that went to primary school and outlaws personal phone at the desk so the employee could focus on their job.
