We purchased a sofa, love seat and ottoman from Briers. Missy was fantastic and took time to look at photos of our space and make suggestions for what we needed. We were having renovations done and couldn t take possession of our furniture for a few months. Briers gladly held onto our furniture until we were ready for delivery. Delivery was on time as promised and the delivery crew were respectful of our home when coming in & out of the house, placing the furniture and removing the packaging.

We noticed a flaw in the leg of the love seat. I called Briers and Dave took over. He insisted on coming by as soon as possible to look at the flaw and said he would come in the evening, weekend, or whenever was convenient for us. Wow! When he saw the flaw he wanted to take it back to the factory for repair. He promised he would have it back to us as quickly as possible. Throughout this he kept on touch with us by phone and text. We had it back within a week and it was perfect! Dave insisted that the whole frame be replaced whereas the factory just wanted to buff the flaw out. He delivered the repaired love seat after hours and called to follow up to make sure we were happy with it. We haven t had after-sales service like this for a long time.

We couldn t be happier with the furniture and the service and the after-sales service from Dave. Would definitely recommend Briers.
