Amazing location, delicious food, best to go for lunch or dinner and then do a ride in the Onion Creek Canyon.
Not recommended for a stay as room prices are at least 30 to 40% too high vs what you can expect in terms of service.
Service is unprofessional, very much depending on each individual person. No management process is place to ensure quality standard up to the room rates. We couldn't book a couples massage on a Saturday afternoon; room service invisible, needed to request to bring towels at 3.30pm; very unfriendly relationship with lady at the activity center that didn't even stand up from her bench to talk to us; jacked up prices for activities; some fitness center equipment didn't work; landscaping was negligent... what a pity! there is no other high end property in the Moab area, so this is pretty much, but wouldn't go back .
