I booked a clean two weeks in advance and no one arrived, apparently a glitch in the system meant no crew was assigned. I was only able to secure another appointment a full week later and unfortunately no one arrived again. Staff on the phone were helpful and apologetic however no suitable solutions could be arranged and a discount service was only offered after prompts. Very disappointing. I do not recommend as they cannot provide a reliable service.
