La Bonbonniere looks like it opened in the 60's and hasn't changed a day since. It doesn't have to, though, because it's perfect. This is the authentic diner experience as every retro diner in the city would love to be, and it doesn't stop there.

I had the Chili Cheddar Omelette because I'd never seen it before, and I was blown away. Came with homefries that were a little on the soft side, but it didn't matter much because the Omelette was doing wonders to my palate. But even more mind-blowing was the service. I had barely ordered when the food came delivered to my table. It was witchcraft, how quickly it was delivered, plain and simple.

The only negative bit to report is that both the items we were served came with little chunks of bacon, which looked like they'd been dropped into the plate by accident. So, maybe, don't take a vegetarian here.
