Worked with Jay S. and Erik J. mostly. First part was easy since I had all my docs ready to go. The middle had a little delay but not nothing major. There wasn't much of a hassle and Erik/Jay were quick with the responses once I found the home and starting to close. I followed up with them myself every couple days so I knew exactly where I was at in the process. The final hurdle was very fast. Once I did my payment, same day funding and that's it.
This was for a purchase. I would definitely recommend.
