I traded my GLA250 with IS 350. It's been nearly 2 months now and they still didn't payoff my loan. I called GM, Sales, Finance manger, accounting person and left numerous messages and never responded me back. Never recommended to anyone and stay away. After they sell car to you and they don't give a damn about customer satisfaction.
