I would like to thank the dealership for making loaner cars available. It is one of the key differences between me going to a dealership versus a private auto shop. I also appreciate the extra care and attention provided by the auto mechanics with my vehicle. Doug did a good job keeping me apprised of what they were doing to the car, testing their work, driving it and making sure everything was OK. I would like to give a special thanks to the gal who helped me with a loaner car program. She was courteous, helpful and made all the difference in making the time without my vehicle bearable! I couldn t of done it without her!
