If there were negative stars I would give it. I have never dealt with a more shady company before.
First they told me I wouldn t see an additional hard inquiry on my credit, guess what? They do a hard inquiry.
Second I asked for no sales pitch that I had what I need I just need it to be connected, they promised no sales. Two guys came to my home when my wife and I are exhausted from moving and make this known to them that we just want it connected it took them over 3 hrs and all the while doing their sales pitch for additional hardware. Until I got very upset and told them it was enough and they needed to finish and go. Oh and during this the one sales guy kept prompting the other on when to try selling us on different stuff even when I blatantly told them I see what they were doing and to stop. You don t enter someone s home and do that as a reputable business, if the home owner says times up, that means times up.
Third, they tell you there is no way to add additional equipment, so they have to enter your home each time you decide to purchase any smarthome equipment for it to work with your panel, this is ridiculous, you should be able to add items to work with your existing equipment since you own it. It s the Apple of security companies.
Lastly, it is a three year contract minimum, and you get 3 business days to cancel, in our case there was way too much going on with moving and everything so I missed my window, they should give at least two weeks to see if you even like it, before locking you into a 3 year contract.
