Not recommended to people with little to no interest in Shakespeare and theater. The ticket is 17 pounds for adult and the tour lasts 40 minutes. The tour guides explains the history of Shakespeare in great detail, assuming that we are all well educated about theater. I expected to learn about Shakespearean drama, unfortunately I was quickly bored by the constant use of jargon and Shakespeare quotes. You are also not allowed to wonder around inside the globe, taking pictures on your own for longer than 10 minutes. Overall, I am disappointed with the experience.
