Stand didnt come with item and i was advised of this-- I was also offered 2 year warranty. Was given a worst case scenario date to have stand delivered as time was issue as moving interstate 1 week later and several call with Guarantee stand would be tomorrow tomorrow, i asked for confirmation of conditions of sale from team member - was sent a cut and paste statement from consumer website and LG customer service saying to contact them if i had any issue... Was time for Refund at this point.. Enter Chris Sales manager for Electronics - after telling him my issue he was not interested in any thing i had to say and told me i had to pay 200 to have a refund to pay for the return of the TV ive never been able to use. Very deceptive sales staff the unfriendliest sales manager ive met or spoken not a luxury store at all - happy to take your money on purchase .. forget any help even at the basic consumer rights level. I spoke with customer service Antennela who has advised would organise a return and confirm via email... Day 2 no email... Please think twice before purchasing from this store they will gladly take your money but have no interest in you when there is an issue. Will see what happens by deadline tomorrow before having to take further action
