Really disappointed. The driver was abrupt when we boarded, we were told to get off the bus if we did not want to do the Buckingham Palace route, we did so we stayed on. All you get to see is the gold statue at the bottom of the Mall - YOU DO NOT SEE BUCKINGHAM PALACE. When we asked the driver why he responded with "What do you want me to do about it". Truly a waste of money!!

Oh and if you want to find the bus stops easily good luck, we spent ages walking around trying to find them in the heat with two young children!! The map they provide is absolutely useless!
