If I could put 0 stars I would have. I had booked an overnight stay with a 3-course dinner through Social Deal. The bathroom filled with water when I was showering for 5 minutes. Nobody was present in Het Kabinet and the telephone was not answered. We then went to the restaurant next door to ask if they had the owner's number. I had him on the phone then. Not very kindly he indicated that he would try to solve it. We went back to our room around 10pm, but the bathroom was still soaking wet. We then called him a few more times, but he did not answer (was online on Whatsapp). I messaged him that we would be leaving the hotel and asked what to do with the key. Still no answer. The next thing this gentleman didn't call me back and I was able to get the money back from the overnight stay via Social Deal! I never heard from him again.
