Lovely dinner here last week with friends visiting from New York. I started as usual with I can t eat onions and garlic ..... and expected blank looks. Our server was amazing. He understood, asked chef for guidance and he watched over my food choices throughout dinner.
We tried two appetizers, the octopus salad and the three dips with pita bread. All five of us were very pleased with our choices. Our server brought warm bread with fresh hummus - he brought me olive oil, remembering my garlic issues.
The baklava was among the best we ever had.
Wines were very expensive by the glass. The extensive menu was also pricey, but the fixed price menu was perfect.
The service was impressive, and the ambiance was rustic and beautiful. Restrooms are downstairs, but there is an elevator.
I ll be back here for sure!
