Just had an internet service for a week. Got it through their booth at Costco. Woke up to no internet service. After spending half an hour with their support on the phone, she told me it will take 24 to 48 hours to restore the service. Looking through the reviews found out it is the worst service in Canada. I got into the service with the trust that Costco will make sure only good companies can have sales outlets in their stores. The problem Primus locks you in a one year cancelation fee. I hope I can find a way to get out of it without paying. If I had the option I would give them a big ZERO star.
