Wow! Let me start off by saying this is the best experience I ve ever had leasing a truck! I ve never leased a truck so I was super nervous and knew very little information on how the process might go. Thanks to the awesome help from Philip Gialanella he made my experience easy and painless. He made sure I had the truck I wanted, if they didn t he would make sure they would find it for me. Thankfully the one I wanted was already on the lot. So he asked what I was looking for regarding my monthly payments, once he ran my numbers and we ran into a little snag (after he did everything he could do under his control of course) he called over his manager Khalil Fakhoury ( and he came over with huge smile) and he helped us come up with a number that I wanted, and we were both happy with. I was lucky enough to drive off the lot with my new Tacoma that day extremely happy and satisfied with my experience thanks to these two awesome men! I will definitely be referring all my friends and family to Toyota of El Cajon! You guys are awesome and keep up the awesome customer service! It truly matters!
