I haven't had a good experience with their online parts ordering service. First order was cancelled because the billing address was different to the delivery address even though this is an option on the website. I only found this out when I contacted them to chase it up a couple of days later. I asked if I could cancel and re-make the order with a matching address. They said okay and promptly put the phone down on me. I made the order again and now 2 days later they have cancelled my order without informing me. After calling up to ask about this they cannot complete the order now because of the address issue in the first instance. They just didn't want to help at all.

Who needs enemies when you have customer service like this.
