I've made multiple visits to this store and not on...

I've made multiple visits to this store and not once have I been approached by a staff member offering assistance. I've also made 3 separate phone enquiries and on each occasion the staff member had committed to getting back to me the following day... 4 weeks later and nothing. At least they are consistent... PUTRID CUSTOMER SERVICE!
Such a shame you can't post a review with zero stars...
