Nicely located on a point surrounded by water with a great view of downtown Victoria and legislative buildings which is beautifully lit up at night. Easy 10 minute walk over the new bridge into downtown. Great walk along seashore paved path to Spinnaker's Brewery for drinks and a meal. Our room was in the backside of the building and the occasional whiff of diesel fumes found it's way onto the hallway of our room. Otherwise, nice hotel, helpful staff.
