Reading the reviews, my expectations were differen...

Reading the reviews, my expectations were different, obviously they are not entirely true ... Disappointed from the first moment.
The room was delivered to us after quite a few hours and when we entered it was a real surprise.
The kitchenette (if you can define it that way) invaded by ants.
Evidently the room hadn't been cleaned.
So we pointed out the inconvenience and they changed our room. But the inconveniences do not end there.
The new room had a broken stove and the technician who was supposed to arrive after 5 minutes was obviously measuring time in another way.
