I was extremely disappointed that after booking a king balcony with a Bay view, I received a room on the second floor right above the lobby with a 2 inch balcony and a view of the valet and street. The water was not even visible over the building across the street. The room was noisy and not at all as expected.

I went to the desk to inquire about options and was told that I could get a better view and a full balcony, but no King beds were left. We took the offer and had separate beds for my husband's surprise birthday "romantic" weekend.

I was very upset that two of the three things (view and balcony) that I booked in my stay had such a huge variance for the same price. No one who pays for a balcony and a view would have been satisfied with the room we had been given. The man at the desk even used the term "half balcony room" so the room we were assigned was even know as a different kind of room than what I payed for! These things should have been listed or explained in the room description and offered at a different price level rather than classified the same.

I should not have had to sacrifice something I payed and book in advance for (a king bed) so that I can enjoy two other things I booked and payed for in advance (an actual view and an actual balcony).

While the location is great and the shuttles are helpful, my experience with the room makes it hard for me to trust the property enough to book again.
