Front desk for the eye clinic needs new people who are trained and know what they are doing. Eye doctors need to pay attention to how they write the eyewear prescription. Audiology needs a little work. Primary care usually are on their game. I have had to get the Patient Advocate involved several times because of poor quality of service from this VA.
