I worked with Danielle Ferguson to pay off my debt. She was extremely unprofessional and rude, hung up on me while I was in the middle of asking a question at the end of our phone call. She told me she would send me a letter of satisfaction within 1-3 business days once I paid in full. After I paid she never responded to any of my emails or phone calls asking for the letter of satisfaction, she doesn t seem to care at all. I finally got in touch with another man (Brady Thompson) after multiple phone calls and messages. Brady was extremely helpful and professional and sent me my letter of satisfaction immediately. If it weren t for him I do not believe I would have received my receipt.
