Simply put it this hotel has tremendous great service; the best concierge group I have encountered in all NYC. I have been in several five or four star hotels, no one even get closer to this group; Great bunch. The front desk (Melvin and Felix) just nice people and make you feel good. The rooms are very nice and the location superb.

Things that can be improve (there are not bad), service at the executive lounge and the food is not that good at the breakfast buffet.
