They are 1 Decatur Pro because that's their rating for themselves. If I could give these chumps a 0 rating I would. The only reason I'm writing this review is because Bill said that if he refunded my money, $232 for spark plugs and cleaning parts, that they would undo the work they did on my car and would have me sign an Affidavit to say that I won't give them a negative review. I dont know if its because I'm a black woman or what but this was THE WORST experience I've ever had. I got to their shop at 9:30am with intent of getting my engine light off. He said he understood but brought my car back to me with the light still on at 11am. I told him it's still on and he told me to go drive it around in traffic and that should reset the check engine light and if not to bring it back. Needless to say I brought it back at 12 noon and was told they would get the light off. Well I have to pick up my child from school by 2:30pm. That should be enough time to fix I thought. I couldn't wait so I asked how much longer so I wouldn't be late. They closed the hood of my car and told me to come back when I have time or if they refunded my money I couldn't come back to their shop. All I did was ask questions and yes I was upset I need to get my tag. I did not curse at them or cause a scene and they wanted to bar me from coming back. My husband called and told him to come back the next day, well he got there at 10:30am and was told they were busy to come back on Monday. Theses people will give you the run around if you are getting more than oil change and spark plugs. They just dont have time to fix your issues and provide customer service at the same time, but they will take your money. Would rather be treated fairly even if it means to pay more. WATCH OUT!!!
