Horrible experience, I wouldn t give them 1 star. They started off by placing me in a suite that reeked of smoke. The room did not have any complimentary water which the front desk said should be in the room. For the price of the suite to cost $550.00 for one night with no water, menus etc. this was quite upsetting and annoying. It took about 45 minutes just to order room service. This was after calling the front desk about 5 times and having them transfer me to a number that no one was answering. Then received my food about an 1 1/2 hrs later. This horrible experience ended by them overcharging my card. When I called to inquire about the charges that were added, I was told by the receptionist that I couldnt speak to anyone other than her to resolve my issue. I had to demand that someone above her get in contact, which finally happened a few hours later. Still multiple charges on my account that they have not cleared. Not to mention this was all in one nights stay. Horrible place, I wouldn t recommend this place to any of my nursing coworkers, friends, or family!
