Made a reservation months ago for graduation in Ma...

Made a reservation months ago for graduation in Manhattan, KS. We called around 1 pm the day of to tell them we wouldn't check in until close to midnight and offered to prepay for the room.
"Not necessary" they told us.

Called back about 6 just in case it didn't get relayed and got told "if you're not here by 10 or so you may lose your room". I asked them to make a note that we were seeing a movie an hour away and that it didnt end until 1030.

1030 comes, turn my phone on and I have missed calls and voicemails telling me I'm losing my room. I call and ask why and they state "better hurry, if you're not here by midnight you forfeit it". Again I offered to pay upfront but no, not an option. Get here just before the "cutoff" time and get told they gave my room away and all they have is a bottom floor for handicapped. Not what I rented or paid for but still got charged the full amount. This is our 5th and final stay here, and again PAID stay, not a free room for gambling.

Definitely our last trip.
