Called to make an appointment for a routine screen...

Called to make an appointment for a routine screening the female I spoke to was horribly rude. Because she wouldn't allow me to explain I hung up and made an appointment elsewhere. It's not the first time I've been disappointed with their employees but will be the last, won't go back.
