I was really disappointed to see how their workers are handling this pandemic situation right now.
Signs on the door state
No walk ins
Call for appointment
Masks required
So I called and was told to walk in. I understand the need for this part of the practice- you don t want crowds gathered inside.
However-
Once I got inside, not one worker was masked, and the one whom I spoke to on the phone walked right up to me.
This made me feel not only unsafe, but as if their word held no integrity.
If a business is going to post signage that they are following protocol, then
THEY SHOULD FOLLOW PROTOCOL.
