Salesperson Garrett was great....knew the vehicle well and was pleasant to deal with. Mark the sales manager who took over when the negotiations started seemed to be an alright guy until we reached an impasse over $1300.00 on a new vehicle purchase...but then he said apparently you didn t want this truck bad enough ...not something you say to a customer IMHO....so I said apparently you didn t want to sell it bad enough and walked. All the hype on making a customer for life was just BS I guess.
