We purchased a sofa and 2 chairs 5 years ago from Briers. The quality and customer service was amazing. Our sofa was custom made and when it arrived we discovered it wouldn't fit up our stairs. David and the team at Briers went above and beyond to hoist our new sofa up 3 stories into our suite. It's now 5 years later and we are moving and needed to get our sofa out so we made a quick call to David who offered to return and help make it happen! Incredible! The service and kindness shown by this team is something rarely seen in retail. We are so happy to have given them our business and wish them much success!
