So you know how there's always that typical stereo...

So you know how there's always that typical stereotype of car salesman? You know the one about them being sneaky and pushy and not really caring about anything but the commissions? Well I can tell you Depaula has totally re shaped the car buying experience! Where do I begin.... I'm a first time car buyer....lower credit score (life happens), and no clue of what i was looking for really. I walked in with fears, low expectations and a deposit. I walked out with a smile, my first car and the best memory of car buying that I could ever imagine. From the time I walked through the door Mike Zanchelli gave me his full on attention and never left me out of the loop on any part of the process. He was personable and super informative, I never felt at any point like he wasn't doing this to see a customer happy, not just for sales! Mike Zanchelli is the coolest salesman you could ever encounter and he's efficient and thorough as ever! Incredibly, all of the guys at Depaula were awesome there was not one Person i met that didn't make me smile. It was a great environment with lots of friendly vibes which showed tremendously. Nick the finance manager has to be hands down the BEST finance guy the cap district has ever seen. He was able to pull of practically the impossible to get me into a car that I LOVE!! He stayed at it and didn't let up until he had checked all the best options that were best for me. I don't remember everyone's name but the very funny gentlemen that also work there .... the great guy in the back office next to NIck, the funny man with the dreads who has such a cool personality and the trickster who told me they couldn't sell me my car because someone accidentally sold it........ THANK YOU A MILLION TIMES!! I will never forget this experience as my first experience of a dealership... you guys Rock! You not only have a lifetime customer but I will never stop recommending you to anyone with ears! Thanks for changing the game and my life guys !!!!!
