I usually don't write reviews often, but I definitely will when other people could potentially be affected.

First off, this place is totally deceiving. Don't let the pictures fool you. The bedrooms especially look nothing like they do in real life.

I had a family member who was in the hospital and needed to be sent to a rehabilitation center to get stronger before treatment. Our family agreed this center looked like the best one out of the list we were given because - 1) the reviews were 4 stars while others were 3 and under, and 2) the pictures made this place look comforting and relaxing - the exact place someone who needs rest, quiet, and around the clock care should be.

As soon as we pulled up to the center, my gut told me and one of my other family members this was not going to be the place we had thought. In my first opinion, the staff seemed a bit short answered and annoyed - granted it was after 5:00 in the evening, so they were probably tired, but before that, the front desk had absolutely no idea what patient we were talking about, and they weren't prepared for him in the slightest. We got to his room, and there were no pillows on the bed so he couldn't rest and put his swelled legs and feet up, and the staff wasn't willing to cooperate on giving him his medications on the same schedule he had in the hospital.

We decided to give the first day a break, then things got better the next couple days. He had family with him almost all day and the staff seemed in a better mood. Then this past weekend, it was brought to my attention the patient was LEFT IN THE BATHROOM FOR OVER AN HOUR BY HIMSELF. He buzzed the nurses several times, and even pressed the emergency cord and nobody came. Then I also found out the staff did not give him his medication at the proper time before each meal, so he was back to getting sick. While he was in the hospital he looked like he was getting better, but in this rehab while getting physical therapy 5 times a week, he looks much weaker and more sick. You tell me how that is possible? Oh, and to top it all off, the staff left compression socks on the patient ALL NIGHT LONG. He knew they shouldn't be on all that time, but they left it on him anyway. His knee swelled from having the socks on for so long, then his legs were sore and in pain from that too, He still had an imprint in his legs the next day following that incident. Totally unacceptable!

I tried to give this place the benefit of the doubt, but we are not letting him go back there as a patient. He will stay in the hospital and will not go back to this center ever.
