This company is the biggest POS. I paid a collection with them that I tried disputing that was not my responsibility. For two months I called them to take it off my credit report. They took the money out of my account the day I called. I disputed it again as paid so they would remove it. They made the account closed instead of settled on purpose so my credit score when down anyways. F*ck ideal collections.
