St Peters Church hall, 1 Burwood Road doesn t have a car park and during parties the road parking availabilty is very poor. I delivered 1/2 ton of party supplies to the hall and had no option but to park the lorry on the zigzags directly outside the hall. I was given a ticket within seconds! The positioning of the zigzags is almost certainly entrapment and a fraud. They know it because the have wardens scouting it.
This Council is a rogue money grabbing machine.
