I went in for a passport photo and was told it was $20 until i asked for a digital copy and that was going to be $25. (Mind you last time i got this done it was $20 all together for both). I wrote down my email on a piece of paper and the lady read back my email just to confirm the correct letters. I was told to check my junk mail as it sometimes get sent there. Got nothing! No email, no digital photo, no nothing! I paid for this. What happened?
