This place has so many issues. The beds are small. The people make an attempt to be polite but largely fail. The fire alarm went off one night and the emergency door didn t open. When the front desk was called they didn t even know it was activated. The housekeeping is overwhelmed. The coffee In the restaurant is undrinkable and the Starbucks kiosk serves only brewed. There were some bright spots with the restaurant wait staff but overall, ugh. Sigh. It is as though they are coasting in the basis of their great location. Won t stay here again. Don t recommend it.
